Angela Steele Photography agrees to provide photography services to customer.​

The customer in consideration of payment provided pursuant to the terms of this photography services contract the customer agrees to pay the full amount indicated in this contract in full via cash, credit card, or check no later than Photography Services Date.
Customer agrees that ​Angela Steele Photography shall be the sole and exclusive photographer for the events specified in this photography services contract. 
Customer agrees that ​Angela Steele Photography cannot guarantee certain poses or coverage quality, and that ​Angela Steele Photography shall in no way be held liable for compromised coverage due to interference from third parties or the environment.
​Angela Steele Photography holds full copyright to the images resulting from this photography services contract. No rights are or will be transferred to the customer, without prior written consent from ​Angela Steele Photography, the customer agrees to pay ​Angela Steele Photography $200 per violation of article 5 of this contract.
This photography services contract shall be the sole agreement governing the terms of the services provided pursuant to this agreement. No other agreement, written or oral, shall be upheld or enforced.
​The customer agrees to fully reimburse ​Angela Steele Photography for any legal fees incurred in the course of enforcing this contract.
Any legal disputes related to this contract will be resolved according to the laws of Kittitas, WA in a county court of law.
